Frequently asked questions
How often can I apply it?
There are no time restrictions on the frequency and duration of use of Deumavan Protective Ointment. It can be applied as needed.
Why does an oily liquid leak out when the tube is opened?
In rare cases, a small amount of oily liquid can leak out when the tube is first opened. This is not a quality defect, but a property of the product. It does not change the consistency or mode of action of Deumavan Protective Ointment.
How should I store it?
Do not store below 5 °C or above 30 °C. If the ointment becomes too soft, storing it in a cool place is recommended.
