A water-free ointment for daily local use. To protect the outer genital area and reduce pain and itching.
How it works
The effect is based on improving the elasticity of the upper layer of skin, the horny layer, and reducing the transepidermal loss of water. This supplements natural sebum production.
The protective film created by the ointment does not compromise the barrier function of the skin.
Skin lesions are covered and new lesions largely prevented.
It does not contain any pharmacological substances (stabilisers/emulsifiers or preservatives) or hormones.

The skin in the entire genital area is damaged by mechanical loads such as running, sitting, cycling and sporting activities. Urine, defecation and wearing nappies also stress the skin in the genital area.
How to apply
Take Deumavan Protective Ointment out of the tube or tin with clean and dry fingers or clean tissue (e.g. toilet paper) and apply a thin layer to the affected areas of skin. The tube opening should not come into contact with the skin to be treated.
It can be reapplied in the same way as soon as the soothing and protective effect wears off.
Known over-sensitivity or allergies to one of the ingredients.

Product information & samplesThere are no time restrictions on the frequency and duration of use of Deumavan Protective Ointment. It can be applied as needed.
In rare cases, a small amount of oily liquid can leak out when the tube is first opened. This is not a quality defect, but a property of the product. It does not change the consistency or mode of action of Deumavan Protective Ointment.
Do not store below 5 °C or above 30 °C. If the ointment becomes too soft, storing it in a cool place is recommended.
